Evening Shift Medical Technologist – Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance:
$7,500 sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience
$15,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 2+ years of experience
Bonus is prorated for part-time and per diem positions
Relocation assistance and temporary housing available if needed
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team. This role involves independently performing and monitoring laboratory testing of patient specimens, interpreting results, and troubleshooting technical or instrumental issues to ensure accurate and reliable diagnostics. Responsibilities also include quality control, result validation, and instrument maintenance.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science required
✅ Certification: Must obtain applicable state license and certification as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Categorical Technologist (e.g., C, H, MB, BB, M) through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized professional organization within six months of hire
✅ Experience: No prior experience required
✅ Flexibility: May be required to work at other locations as needed
