After 15 years of success in the clinical & scientific recruiting sector in California, it was clear that there were just not enough resources or experts to locate the highly qualified candidate’s necessary to sustain the huge and growing demand for clinical laboratory scientists in California and throughout the nation.
I made it my mission to network, collaborate and connect with every Clinical Lab Scientist that was ASCP certified, partner with Universities that provide a CLS program and sponsor all CLS Career Fairs and Annual Meetings. This provided a network and database of over 50,000 candidates.
