We’re currently seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor who thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity environment. Position Overview:
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends/Holidays as needed)

✔ Lead, mentor, and evaluate lab personnel to ensure operational excellence
✔ Oversee reagent prep, testing workflows, and quality control protocols
✔ Conduct competency assessments and maintain compliant documentation
✔ Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory instrumentation
✔ Monitor supply levels and maintain regulatory readiness
✔ Participate in strategic process improvement and budget planning initiatives

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry
✅ Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by an accredited agency
🧪 Must meet CLIA requirements for high complexity testing
📈 Minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory testing experience
👥 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
🔬 2 years of reference lab experience preferred
