We are seeking an experienced Embryology Lab Supervisor to lead a team within a state-of-the-art reproductive laboratory. This role requires proficiency across all embryology procedures, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the highest quality standards in laboratory operations.
Oversee daily quality control, media preparation, and dish preparation.
Manage all aspects of laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and QA/QC programs.
Utilize laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, CO₂ monitors, and labelers.
Perform oocyte retrieval assistance, denuding, fertilization checks, and embryo transfers.
Conduct ICSI and conventional fertilization techniques.
Handle embryo and oocyte thawing, freezing, and cryopreservation.
Manage specimen storage and documentation.
Perform and interpret PGT (preimplantation genetic testing), including patient communication of results.
Successfully execute PESA/TESE procedures.
Supervise embryology staff, including scheduling, PTO management, and lab ordering.
Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, biological, clinical, medical, or reproductive laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an embryology laboratory.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
