To support this expansion, CLS Connect was retained to recruit over 40 Clinical Laboratory personnel within a three-month period. The roles included Clinical Lab Associates, Clinical Lab Scientists, Technical Lab Supervisors, Laboratory Managers, and a Laboratory Director. Our task involved sourcing, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates, as well as meticulously finalizing offer details to ensure long-term success and stability for HealthTrackRx.
