We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking an experienced Allied Health Recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, relationship-focused environment and wants significant uncapped earning potential
What You’ll Do
• Recruit and place CLS/MLS/MT, Embryologists, PT/OT/SLP, and other allied health professionals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire and contract-to-hire roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder ATS, and job boards to source talent.
• Conduct candidate intake, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and placement follow-through.
• Build strong candidate relationships and support priority hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years Allied Health recruiting experience – we are all top performers and are looking for someone to match our energy!
Skilled in sourcing Clinical Laboratory Scientist, all ASCP certified roles, Embryologists, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, SLP, MRI Technologists, CT Technologists and Radiology!
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; ATS experience preferred (JobAdder ideal).
Experience working with MSP programs (Fieldglass)
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – must be a self-motivator!
BS degree is highly preferred
Compensation – Uncapped Tiered Commission Structure
