Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics (Multiple Denver Locations)

Locations: Aurora | Greenwood Village | Wheat Ridge | Reunion

We are hiring Physical Therapists to join a fast-growing, multidisciplinary outpatient practice serving the greater Denver area. Our provider teams include physiatrists, physician assistants, DPTs, PTAs, chiropractic providers, massage therapists, and clinical support staff working together in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.

This role focuses on the evaluation, treatment, and education of patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and work-related injuries, with an emphasis on evidence-based care, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

Therapists are supported by PTAs and technicians and are expected to maintain a treatment pace of approximately three patients per hour. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and functional impairments

  • Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, strength, and functional performance

  • Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and administrative teams to ensure continuity and efficiency

  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR in accordance with state and payer requirements

  • Educate patients on home programs, ergonomics, and injury prevention

  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and team meetings

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensure and privacy standards

  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance clinic culture

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy

  • Active, unrestricted Colorado Physical Therapy license

  • Dry needling certification required

  • 1–2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • Experience with Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
