We are hiring Physical Therapists to join a fast-growing, multidisciplinary outpatient practice serving the greater Denver area. Our provider teams include physiatrists, physician assistants, DPTs, PTAs, chiropractic providers, massage therapists, and clinical support staff working together in a collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.
This role focuses on the evaluation, treatment, and education of patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and work-related injuries, with an emphasis on evidence-based care, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Therapists are supported by PTAs and technicians and are expected to maintain a treatment pace of approximately three patients per hour. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and functional impairments
Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, strength, and functional performance
Coordinate care with physicians, providers, and administrative teams to ensure continuity and efficiency
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR in accordance with state and payer requirements
Educate patients on home programs, ergonomics, and injury prevention
Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and team meetings
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensure and privacy standards
Contribute to a positive, high-performance clinic culture
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy
Active, unrestricted Colorado Physical Therapy license
Dry needling certification required
1–2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Experience with Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
