Embryology Lab Manager

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in a high-volume IVF laboratory. This role involves managing daily lab functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supervising a team of embryologists.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily lab operations, staffing, and workflow
Maintain high technical and clinical standards in IVF procedures
Supervise, train, and support lab staff
Ensure compliance with regulations and quality control measures
Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support embryo culture, vitrification, ICSI, and related procedures

Qualifications

Master’s degree required
Senior Embryologist with 5+ years of experience (2+ in management/supervisory role)
Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
HCLD certification preferred but not required
