We are seeking a dedicated Junior Embryologist / Embryologist to support daily operations in a high-performing IVF laboratory. This role involves hands-on embryology procedures, quality assurance, and collaborative work with a skilled laboratory team.
Perform daily quality control, media preparation, and dish preparation.
Operate laboratory equipment, including microscopes, pipettors, balances, pH meters, CO₂ monitors, and labelers.
Assist with oocyte retrieval and denuding.
Conduct embryo and oocyte thawing, freezing, and cryopreservation.
Perform fertilization checks, ICSI, and conventional fertilization techniques.
Document and track procedures using laboratory data systems.
Support scheduling, patient chart navigation, and beginning-level patient communication.
Ensure accurate specimen storage and identification.
Assist with lab organization, cleaning, and stocking.
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical, medical, or reproductive laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution (required).
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
