Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician (40+Jobs)

Competitive Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates!

We are offering sign-on bonuses for well-qualified candidates:

  • Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are eligible for a bonus of $7,500.
  • Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are eligible for a bonus of $15,000.

For part-time or per diem positions, bonuses will be prorated. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available if needed. Note: This offer is not available to current employees or those who have left the organization within the past 6 months.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, or Medical Laboratory Technician, you will:

  • Independently perform and monitor laboratory testing according to established procedures.
  • Confirm, interpret, and report normal and abnormal patient results.
  • Identify and resolve technical or procedural issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control, including instrument maintenance.
  • Participate in training of laboratory and healthcare personnel as needed.

Qualifications

For Medical Technologists:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (or equivalent) by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is required within 6 months of hire.

For Medical Laboratory Technicians:

  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Certification by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP/AMT) is required within 6 months of hire.

Candidates must be flexible with shifts, holidays, and weekends, and may need to travel between sites as required.
