Sr. Embryologist / Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our leading fertility practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in embryology and advanced reproductive technologies, with proven experience in clinical and laboratory environments. Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), sperm injection techniques, embryo genetic testing, and cryopreservation methods.
  • Assess and monitor the quality of oocytes, sperm, and embryos.
  • Supervise and streamline the day-to-day activities of the lab, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, including embryologists and laboratory technicians.
  • Work collaboratively with medical professionals to create tailored treatment strategies for patients.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all lab activities and patient data.
  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of lab protocols and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of reproductive medicine and embryology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Reproductive Science, or a similar field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in embryology labs, particularly in IVF and ART-related procedures.
  • Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., TS certification) is strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of lab technologies and techniques specific to the field of embryology.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for precision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a diverse, collaborative team.
